Senior Structural Project Manager

Rebecca embodies the senior project manager role, which is designed for those pursuing advanced technical expertise, leadership roles on committees that help shape code developments, and significant internal leadership and mentorship. She leads projects across public and private markets, serves as an excellent mentor to project managers and engineers, and contributes to the writing of national provisions for evaluation and retrofitting.

Rebecca has been involved in the structural design of new facilities and renovation projects which include a broad range of facility types, size, and building materials. She specializes in seismic upgrades and has an extensive URM retrofit resume. At the forefront of her field, she is a member of the ASCE Seattle Section History & Heritage Committee, served on the ASCE 41 Analysis subcommittee, and has presented EERI and SEAW seminars.
