Secured a crucial variance permit, then expedited the lateral system redesign, upgrading the braced frames to accommodate significant rooftop landscaping. Our unique upgrade solution avoided costly and invasive substructure and foundation work.
Accommodated the lot’s drastic grade change with creative solutions including shoring of adjacent properties, undergrounding of electrical wires (which also created significant project cost savings), and the installation of an indoor stormwater retention vault.
Fostered community spirit so that the new building was well-received in the community via “above and beyond” staging efforts including the installation of new sidewalks in front of a neighboring property and management of all cleanup.
