A two-building apartment complex, Eleanor features 260 units with floor-to-ceiling windows and open floor plans. Outside, a boardwalk and greenscape separate the two buildings, creating a beautiful, purposeful outdoor gathering area.

Eleanor is a prime example of a sustainability-focused urban development. A rooftop rainwater collection system feeds the courtyard rain gardens, supports the site’s wetlands and fills the stream beneath the boardwalk.
Elements like exposed downspouts and runnels (showcasing the rainwater harvesting system), an outdoor terrace, and quiet areas for reflection and study allow residents to appreciate and enjoy the team’s sustainable choices.
Thanks to green features like solar panels, sun shades, and sophisticated Green Stormwater Infrastructure systems, the project was awarded LEED Gold Certification.
