Successfully coordinated frontage improvements with the Grand Connection and complex permitting for one of the largest mixed-use projects in the Pacific Northwest.
The project includes a luxury hotel and residential tower with a roof garden and outdoor seating amenities, as well as a premier office tower. Skybridges connect tenants and guests to additional retail and dining experiences.
The Market at Lincoln, a premium food hall, and the activated streetscape, together encourage visits by the community and travelers alike.
Used 3-D site modeling to ease shoring coordination between the design and construction teams. The team successfully facilitated a complex utility relocation to expand underground parking, resulting in a net gain of 40,000 square feet that would have otherwise been unavailable.
