The three-story building includes office space, meeting facilities, a tribal council chamber, and a two-story art exhibition hall. The building symbolizes the tribe’s commitment to the health of Tulalip Bay and was designed using sustainable principles.
The design features exposed 50-foot columns and heavy timber framing with metal and cedar siding. The timber-steel hybrid curtain wall framing coordinates with roof overhangs, providing ample solar shading for the space. A sheer glass wall faces the bay, framing collaborative and flexible workspace.
