Creative and extensive renovation services allowed our team to economically transform an older structure into a like-new facility. This adaptive use project incorporates all of the systems of a new structure, while reducing cost by retaining the original frame and footings.
- Stripped the dated, inefficient, drab cladding and replaced it with all new metal cladding to meet advanced design requirements.
- Lifted and replaced a portion of the roof with a large, prefabricated roof that dramatically increased daylight throughout the building.
- Allowed existing steel frames of the core structure to remain, a highly cost-efficient strategy that provided the ideal base for a complete adaptation.

The renewal of the existing structure represented one of the most sustainable options available. The project also incorporated these sustainability measures:
- Zoned lighting and thermal systems
- Non-chemical cooling tower dolphin system
- Recycled materials
- Daylighting
- Rainwater harvesting
- Drought tolerant plants
