To meet life safety requirements for an egress path to the public right of way, modifications to the existing site were required. The project involved expanding the existing sidewalk by removing ADA parking stalls and narrowing the adjacent parking lot travel lane.

Storm drainage system extensions were required to serve the improved building entrance and redesigned child play area. The existing play area was removed and replaced with new features and play equipment, along with additional storm drainage structures and piping to provide adequate drainage.

The clinic interior is designed to support predictability, comfort, and flexibility, with clear wayfinding, standardized care pods, and adaptable treatment rooms. An outdoor play area and calming design elements further support therapeutic care and positive patient experiences.
