Experience a one-of-a-kind Pacific Northwest waterfront destination. Spanning 60,000 square feet across four dynamic buildings, this development dedicates 40,000 square feet entirely to premium retail and dining. Designed with the Seattle landscape in mind, the architecture blends seamlessly with the natural environment to create a cohesive waterfront activation concept.

The buildings are beautifully connected by terraced seating, expansive outdoor patios, and highly walkable pathways, making it a perfect hub for both local pedestrians and marine clientele.

The “Lantern” Restaurant: Situated at a prominent entry point along the public promenade, this transparent restaurant space acts as the glowing centerpiece of the development. It features operable glass partitions that open up to stunning, unobstructed views of the lake.

Cohesive Waterfront Activation: The layout encourages exploration and lingering, with easily accessible promenades designed specifically to cater to both foot traffic and boaters docking for a meal or shopping.

All-Weather Pacific Northwest Design: To combat unpredictable PNW weather, the development ensures year-round usability through a striking architectural colonnade of steel and wood, providing extensive weather protection without sacrificing outdoor ambiance.
