A dramatic heavy timber porte cochère guides guests into toward custom-made reception kiosks, finishes that echo the sea to sky motif, and luxurious guest rooms (including corner and executives suites). The five-story hotel includes flexible banquet and conference space, a special events patio, coffee bar, and administrative offices.
Anticipating a significant expansion, the lobby was designed to accommodate a conversion to additional gaming space and the ground floor for a future 200-room hotel.
The building features a steeply pitched roof with 13-foot ceiling heights in the penthouse suites, balconies throughout, and meets strict acoustic and vibration criteria — consistent with the owner’s aspirations for a Four Diamond resort.
