The four-story dormitory offers a mix of double rooms and a limited number of single rooms, all of which share communal and suite-style bathrooms, study rooms, and lounges. Comprised of three wings, the facade blends the historic character of the campus with modern design elements; brick and steep pitched roofs are juxtaposed by Wing C’s articulative picture frame feature.

An adjacent stand-alone dining facility (Panda Express) enhances the students’ on-campus living experience.
As the first CWU project to use the progressive design-build delivery method, the project was completed within budget and in the timeliest fashion.
