The six-block South Lake Union campus, which boasts proximity to residential buildings and the streetcar, has become a vibrant destination drawing visitors from around the city. Structural designs accommodate complex combinations of retail, office, parking, and plaza spaces, and employ unique, irregular solutions. Civil work requires major relocation and undergrounding of utilities, unique GSI stormwater features, and streetscape amenities.
