The development helped unify the neighborhood’s streetscape’s design and simplify utility planning for this phase and the next, which both involved undergrounding utilities and master planning for future developments’ routing and connection points.
The team saved valuable time and cost, and simplified construction planning, by daisy-chaining de-watering systems across four sites. The solution reconfigured the systems and centralized them at one treatment center.
