Connecting with our communities goes beyond project design; our focus is to improve the quality of life in neighborhoods that we serve. Participating in events such as the annual NAIOP Community Enhancement Project allows us to lend a helping hand.

Fulfillment of basic needs gives people hope and changes our world. Affiliation with organizations that improve people’s lives by supplying shelter, nourishment, and health care services makes us proud.

We serve on boards and committees, participate in mentoring programs, and help with fundraising for organizations such as Sawhorse Revolution and Washington STEM that inspire, foster growth, and advocate for our future leaders. Commitment to life-long learning fuels our principals’ personal contributions through significant scholarships and endowments in higher education.
