Hailing from the warm sandy beaches of Venezuela, Javier has been “freezing” since moving to Seattle. But it’s nothing some time on the soccer field can’t help! His fascination with seismic design and analytical models for tall buildings drew him to structural engineering. Javier is motivated to identify simple and efficient solutions for complex situations, endeavoring to incorporate innovative materials and transform ideas into constructible realities.
