Eric is known for his versatility, efficiency, and thoughtful approach to structural design. With extensive experience in concrete, steel, and mass timber, he works across higher education, commercial, multifamily, and PreK–12 markets, bringing a broad perspective to each project. His diverse background allows him to draw from multiple building types and material systems to develop creative, well-informed solutions that a more narrowly focused approach might miss.
As the leader of the firm’s Spokane office, Eric is focused on strengthening relationships throughout the Inland Northwest. A Spokane County native, he was raised in the Freeman School District and maintains deep roots in the region, with family in Valleyford and Liberty Lake. His local perspective, combined with a commitment to in-person collaboration, helps him better serve clients while continuing to grow the firm’s presence in the area.
Eric is valued by clients and colleagues for being thoughtful, innovative, and responsive, especially on fast-paced projects where clear, timely communication makes all the difference. He is motivated by the opportunity each project presents, working alongside high-performing teams to create spaces that people can truly enjoy.
Outside of work, Eric takes full advantage of the Inland Northwest lifestyle. He grew up riding dirt bikes, boating on Lake Coeur d’Alene, and playing in Hoopfest, and he still enjoys any excuse to get outdoors, including time on the golf course. He also enjoys giving back to the community, especially through hands-on volunteer and workday events that support local organizations.
