He brings extensive experience with concrete, steel, and mass timber construction to the higher education, commercial, multi-family, and PreK-12 markets. He seeks creative solutions to structural problems, working with design and construction partners alike to deliver effective designs that are the best match for the job at hand. His genuine attentiveness is appreciated across the board, especially on projects when timely, straightforward answers make all the difference. Eric’s happiest when golfing or participating in any outdoor activity. He’s also an enthusiastic leader of our team’s involvement in the annual NAIOP Community Enhancement Event.
