Marsha’s background as a tutor and middle school math teacher for the Peace Corps honed her knack for communicating complex technical ideas simply. While her graduate thesis involved research into seismic evaluation and retrofit methods for older, concentrically braced frame buildings, she is eager to work on diverse projects and learn new skills. Marsha is inspired by the chance to create something new and different every day that will benefit many other people – the more unique and beautiful the building, the better!
