Jim’s career in structural engineering experience began with a pure fascination in the discovery of how buildings fit together. Consistent comments from project team members confirm the comprehensive nature of documents prepared under Jim’s charge make projects easier to construct and more economical to build. His work with architectural structures of all sizes, shapes, and construction materials includes a prolific body of work with public and private clients in all the markets served by the firm. His sense of responsibility to “do it right” and commitment to provide value for the design team, the owner, and the contractor has earned him many clients that will not work with anyone else.
