Description

Coughlin Porter Lundeen seeks an experienced civil engineer to provide project management for site development associated with new building construction. Project experience in the management, execution and delivery of complex site civil projects is necessary. As our firm is fully committed to exceeding client expectations in the quality of deliverables and services we provide, the successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a proactive management style, and a demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships. We are seeking a candidate who brings experience successfully managing multiple jobs simultaneously and is able to consistently anticipate project challenges and adapt as required. Internal management skills require scheduling tasks and resources, coordinating job production, and quality oversight.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BSCE or MSCE degree
  • 8+ years of related experience with P.E. license
  • Knowledge of local codes through a combination of public and private sector work
  • Proven history of strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • AutoCad Civil 3D experience
  • LEED Accredited Professional certification

This is a full-time, exempt position; compensation will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications. Position benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
